We can ship to almost any destination in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and others cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number so you will be able to know the status of your order at any moment.
For shipments in Spain the delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours after receiving your tracking number. For shipments within the EU, the delivery time is between 48 and 72 hours. International shipments will depend on the country of destination. You will find the delivery forecast in the customer area of the chosen carrier.

Shipping rates
We maintain a flat rate for shipments within Spain of 4,5€, excluding the Canary Islands which have a special rate and in the rest of the EU member countries we maintain a rate of 9,50€.
For all other cases (countries out of Europe), the prices are calculated in real time and you will be able to visualize them before proceeding to finalize the purchase. Shipping prices vary depending on the number of products, weight and dimensions.
Before the final validation page of an order, you will be shown the corresponding shipping cost, and you will be able to cancel it, if you decide to do so.

All shipments require a complete postal address.
Biohorti S.L.U. - BioTabs is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete postal addresses or if the person is not at home when the package is delivered. Be sure to check the addresses you provide.
